She holds a BAppSc in Recreation Planning and Management, with secondary studies in Psychology and Outdoor Recreation. Lynda is a Fully Qualified and Registered Personal Fitness Trainer with specialties in Pilates, FitBall, Punchfit, Aqua Exercise, Indoor Cycling, Pre and Post Natal Exercise, Gym Programming + Aerobic Conditioning, Fitness Testing and Sports Conditioning, Injury Rehabilitation, Training with Medical Challenges such as Asthma, Arthritis, Diabetes and Heart Disease and is qualified to work with both the older adult and in the arena of Childrens’ Fitness. She was the winner of the 2008 Community Fitness Leader of the Year and a Finalist in the 2009 Fitness Industry Awards of Excellence. Her work has also been recognised by the Department of Recreation and Sport in 2008 for the Development and Implementation of Innovative Programs for Specific Populations. Her Current fields of Research and Study involve work in the areas of Population Health and Life Coaching. BetterBods Programs are available online and in person. From 1:1 Training, Group Personal Training, Ride and Run Training Programs, Weight Loss Programs, Family Fitness, Community Fitness and Corporate Wellness Programs. Lynda is currently writing her first book and is an Inspirational Speaker Presenting Regularly on her favourite Topics of Eating Well, Moving More, Making it Fun, The Importance of Thinking Positively and the Believing in Oneself.
